Brokerage Business Consultant

As a Servant Leader, responding to requests and providing solutions for agencies and brokers seeking to ensure success for all parties involved. As a Disciplined Learner and Strategic Doer, understanding the world of Medicare/health insurance sales, supporting tools critical to marketing and sales activity, and developing resources to empower brokers toward success.
A day in the life of a successful Brokerage Business Consultant with Plan Advisors would include:
Agency/Broker Support
- Providing guidance and strategic direction to agencies and brokers looking to grow their book of business
- Supporting brokers selling under the Plan Advisors brand
Tools & Resources
- Knowledge of all available resources for brokers; onboarding, training and support on technology tools
Marketing Collaboration
- Collaborating with The Marketing Squad’s efforts to recruit, retain and empower agencies and brokers
- Filtering content and information to The Marketing Squad which would be relevant in executing a defined content strategy
Recruitment Support
- Fielding initial inquiries from agencies and brokers considering aligning with Plan Advisors
Partnership Engagement
- Maximizing partnerships with community organizations, healthcare systems/clinics, carriers, and agency partners
Required Skills for Success
- Experience selling insurance (currently Medicare certified is a bonus)
- Marketing and sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technologically savvy
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, MailChimp or other marketing platforms
