Help Clients Complete Health Assessments and Make More Money

Several MA carriers are compensating brokers between $10 and $70 for assisting new members with completing post enrollment health assessments. The surveys are brief and help the carriers identify resources that may be beneficial for individual members. This is another opportunity to create value for both client and plan sponsor, based on a member’s specific needs. Assessments are entirely voluntary, and we encourage brokers to assure their clients that the survey does not affect their enrollment status or eligibility. 

Here’s a list of carriers that are compensating brokers for assisting clients in the completion of health assessments. Note that carriers have their own specific assessment names and methods for completion. Be sure to follow all instructions to receive credit and compensation for each completed survey.

Health Assessment FAQ

You must submit the health assessment within 3 calendar days of the consumer signature date on the enrollment application.
Wellcare, Health Net, Allwell, Ascension Complete Value Based Enrollment $30 – $60 Ascend VBE Guidlines Within 48 hours of submitting application.
